Turmit Meat Pie
Your choice of meat
1 cup grated cheese or your choice
1 cup of any other dried fruit
4 vulo egg yolks
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2-1 cup vegetable broth
1 dash cooking wine
9 inches pie shells
Broil the meat till very rare, but cooked through
Cut it into small cubes
Mix with all other ingredients except the pie shell
For the broth, just add enough to make the mixture a little wetter
Put the mixture into the pie shell
Be sure the shell lid is sealed, and punch some holes in the top with a knife
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to an hour, till the shell is golden brown
Makes 6-8 slices, and can be served any temperature

[10:23a] dreamer¤B¤ÇPØ happy that i can use my right foot again a do a dance around my Masters Chambers giggling....i make up the bed and places my Masters dirty clothes in the basket in the corner...i make my way down the Hall to the Kitchen i wash my hands and i fix a bowl of the gruel a buttered heel of bread and some Verr milk...i take it to the tiny table and begin to eat as i look in a Cook Book i find an interesting recipe
[10:27a] dreamer¤B¤ÇPØ it said one can use any type of meat i know the Cold Room had some Turmit i will make the Meat out of that...i eat quickly when finished i wash my dishes out and wipe the lil table
[10:33a] dreamer¤B¤ÇPØ entering the Cold Room i collect the meat some vegetable broth...and 4 eggs taking them to the counter then some dried fruit and spices i needed i go back in the Cold Room for some cheese...i get a pot and place some water inside placing the meat in the pot after dicing it up
[10:35a] dreamer¤B¤ÇPØ i go to the Cold Room again and get some ready made pie crust and comes and fits it to a pan after the meat was boiled i take it from the pot and adds to a bowl mixing all the other ingredients poring it in to the pie shell placing the top crust on and cutting slits so it will not blow up in the oven
[10:38a] dreamer¤B¤ÇPØ i cook the pie for 45 ehn to an ihn just making sure the crust is golden brown...i set the pie on the back racks on the stove to keep as warm as possible for it also can be eaten cold i pray my Master will enjoy the meat pie and i then goes to check on samiam
